Owned by Florencia and Massimiliano, Cocolores offers a unique selection of Mexican, Thai, Italian and Greek food and also many other International cuisine. You will also find the touch of Tico-fusion and French influence in their delicious dishes.
They serve the best cerviche (also spelled ‘cebiche’ or ‘seviche’) in town. This dish is prepared with raw fish, marinated and seasoned with tangy citrus juice, and spiced with herbs peppers, onion, and salt. Mahi-mahi, shark, and even marlin too is used for making this yummy dish. You can also enjoy amazing steak here. They also offers delicious banana and coconut curries prepared with fish or chicken and for sides you will enjoy chutneys, mashed potatoes and fruits.
