The common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, sitting and dining areas, and a half- bathroom. The refreshing plunge pool is bordered by landscaped gardens, a shaded open terrace, and mountain and breathtaking sea views.

Ceiba – This is the end unit. Set within Hotel Punta Islita’s campus, each bedroom features a private bathroom and bookends a sprawling kitchen, sitting and dining areas, and an additional half-bathroom. An enclosed al fresco style terrace, plunge pool, and landscaped tropical gardens offer stunning ocean and mountain views.

Corteza – Corteza is an end unit nestled on the lower terraces within Hotel Punta Islita’s campus. In addition to a shaded terrace and plunge pool, Corteza features an outdoor deck with ocean views. Each of the two bedrooms has an independent bathroom. The spacious common spaces feature a kitchen, sitting and dining areas, and an extra half-bathroom.

Flor Blanca – Situated on one of the two lower terraces within Hotel Punta Islita’s campus, Flor Blanca offers convenient access to the main amenities and Islita Beach. Each bedroom features an independent bathroom. Common areas include a kitchen, sitting and dining areas, and an additional half- bathroom. A shaded open porch, an infinity-edge plunge pool, and tropical gardens are ideal for reading and relaxing under the sun.

Golf 1 – Golf Villas feature the greenest view within the resort. Overlooking the Hotel Punta Islita’s sustainable Executive Golf Course, this villa offers the most convenient access to the ocean and the Borrancho Beach Club. Golf 1 features two bedrooms with independent attached bathrooms, a full kitchen, sitting and dining areas, a guest bathroom, refreshing plunge pool, and an outside Jacuzzi and palapa.

Hotel Punta IslitaGolf 2 – Located within Hotel Punta Islita’s sustainable Executive Golf Course, Golf Villas offer the most convenient access to the ocean and the Borrancho Beach Club. Golf 2 features two bedrooms with private bathrooms, a full kitchen, sitting and dining areas, a guest bathroom, state-of-the art amenities, a refreshing plunge pool, and a sprawling green area.

Guanacaste – Conveniently located on the two lower terraces within Hotel Punta Islita’s premises. Each bedroom features an independent bathroom and bookends the spacious common spaces including a kitchen, sitting and dining areas, and an additional half-bathroom. An enclosed terrace, infinity-edge plunge pool, and tropical gardens offer ultimate relaxation and breathtaking natural views.

Almendros –Almendros’ Al fresco style common areas are covered in a tall Palapa thatched palm roof. The kitchen features floor-to-ceiling scenic windows for spectacular ocean views. The bathrooms are appointed with a quirky tile detailing by Costa Rican artist (and Islita Contemporary Art Museum Director).

Amapola – Closer to the ocean, the Amapola villa pampers guests with landscaped tropical gardens, a pergola, twin hammocks, and a second story open terrace. The partial ocean view is comparable only to the clear hypnotic sounds of the breaking waves. The well appointed bathrooms here have private sunlit patios and elegant wood countertops with cutting-edge fixtures.

Islita Contemporary Art MuseumAZ – One of the newer properties of the resort, this L-shaped Villa features warm hardwood floors, elegant stone-carved sinks, a large soaking tub, and imposing steep-angle ceilings. Each bedroom opens upon a broad thatched-palm natural corridor that features colorful independent gardens and a refreshing swimming pool. A spacious balcony terrace is encircled by pristine tropical forest for al fresco entertaining.

Bouganvilla – Bougavilla is a spacious two-story property, where enclosed common areas feature scenic sliding glass doors that open onto an infinity-edge plunge pool for unobstructed views of the ocean cove. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and brushed stainless steel appliances. Social areas include a living room and a sprawling media room. Eclectic chic is skillfully communicated through a mix of local and global art.

Islita Contemporary Art MuseumCedros – A private and secluded villa, Cedros offers a large infinity edge pool with an adjacent Palapa thatched-palm terrace for enclosed and relaxed lounging. The spacious common areas feature an open layout and comfortable rattan furnishings in modern style. The sleeping quarters are set at the far end of the villa along a large corridor appointed with vibrant tropical-textile art.

Colibri – The Colibri features large common areas including a dining area for eight, a living room, and an adjacent al-fresco style thatched palm Palapa terrace. An infinite-edge pool offers an exclusive view of the ocean cove and Islita’s signature islet. Well appointed details like granite countertops and bamboo-covered ceilings add to its luxurious charm. This can be rented as a three or four bedroom villa.

Estrella – The Estrella comprises two converging glass walls that offer unspoiled outdoor views from the sprawling common spaces. A near perfect open layout combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The master bathroom features an independent outdoor shower deck. The Islita Contemporary Art Museum
