How to reach the hotel:

From San Jose to Puntarenas, it takes approximately 1 hour and a half drive and after crossing the bay you will have to drive about an hour to Cobano straight on to Santa Teresa Malpais. From Santa Teresa Malpais you will have to turn right and after getting the beach you will have to turn left about 5 k north where you will find Milarepa.

If you want to go by plane, take 25 minute flight from the International Airport Juan Santamaría to Tambor. The hotel can arrange private charters or you can book directly with Sansa or Nature Air. The hotel is just 45 minute drive from the airport. You can also enjoy helicopter service arranged by the hotel from San Jose to Santa Teresa.
