Young Vision Surf School is a surf school based in Montezuma, in the Southern Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica. The camp is mainly geared towards children and teenagers.

It is owned and managed by Costa Rican surfers who are rather passionate about the waves and wish to share their knowledge with other surf enthusiasts. All the surf instructors are fluent in English and Spanish, have vast experience in the field and are certified by International Surf Association (ISA) and Beach Rescue Lifeguards. Young Vision Surf School is renowned for its high quality surf classes, professional attitude, fun and innovative lesson plans and for arranging surf expeditions to various breaks while keeping each student’s surfing skill in mind. The Surf School

For beginners, the surf class begins with a theory session on the basic tips, ocean safety protocol, surf equipment, surf ethics, wave forecast and so on. This is followed by demonstration and practicing on the beach. Once you get a hang of it, you are allowed to enter the ocean to practice there. Intermediates can directly go to surf in the ocean while seasoned surfers are taken to more demanding breaks. The classes are two hours long and students are provided with the surf gear.
