Beach House – The two-story Beach House at Hotel Tropico Latino is bordered by lush tropical gardens and located right in front of the beach and the best surfing spots in Santa Teresa. It is possible to rent two or more bedrooms, or the entire house with its fully equipped kitchen. The house sleeps up to 14 persons. Each bedroom has A/C and an independent bathroom with hot water. Beachfront Suite – Hotel Tropico Latino’s newest addition is called “The Beach Front Suite.” It is secluded luxury suite right on the beach, that helps guests relax in their private pool and Jacuzzi while watching spectacular sunsets over the Pacific Ocean, remembering the day’s highlights while dining al fresco on their private terrace, and falling asleep calmed by the sounds of the serene surf. The Beachfront Suite is the property’s most secluded and luxurious accommodation, featuring two spacious bedrooms which share a central kitchen and living room/lounge.
