Nestled on the Maritime Zone, the Nosara Beach House is just 200 meters from the sand and surf of Playa Guiones. It is set about 300 meters north of the Harmony Hotel. This hotel is close to the beach and has a direct 220 meter trail through the forest to the beach. Though it is located in a quiet spot yet within three blocks you will find everything like International restaurants, fitness programs, surfing spots, family friendly community and also abundant nature.

Rental Units:

Nosara Beach House provides rental units which are featured with little condos at the beach. There are king or twin beds, large bathrooms and small kitchens. There are also small room safe and bedside reading lights. Those are made with high quality materials and has rustic look. For the construction and decoration, ceramic tile, lots of hardwood and local art are used. You will find these units secured and comfortable.

Air Conditioning:

All the bedrooms are featured with air conditioner. As the rooms are facing north and also include strong ceiling fans, you will enjoy good air in the room and depending on the weather you might not need air conditioner so it is offered as an option for $10/night per bedroom.

WiFi and other Amenities:

Throughout the property area, you will get fast WiFi access. You will also get free use of buggie boards. You will have other amenities like small beach towels, umbrellas and simple flashlights.

Unit 1:

In the Nosara Beach House property, Unit 1 is the best and largest unit with 1300 sq. ft. area. This unit has two upstairs bedrooms. Each of the bedroom includes a private bathroom on opposite sides of the staircase.  There is a queen and a twin bed in the east side bedroom. You will get a king or two twin beds in the larger west side bedroom. This larger bedroom also features an attached screened terrace that is furnished with two rocking chairs and also has a built in full length futon bed. From this terrace you can enjoy watching amazing afternoon view of the Maritime Zone forest and enjoy watching the shimmering water and bright colors of the sunset through the tall trees. There is a full kitchen in the downstairs that is featured with a bar and four stools. There is also a small living room furnished with two futon sofa beds, an attached carport and a half bath. The kitchen opens onto a large patio that faces northwest and surrounded by amazing green landscape and forest.

Unit 2 and 3:

With its 360 sq. ft. area, this unit offers wonderful garden view. It is featured with a king or 2 twin beds, a large bathroom, a small well equipped kitchen and a safety box. There is a small patio area furnished with table, a leather strapped rocking chair and two chairs.

Unit 4:

This unit has 570 sq. ft. area and set in the upstairs. It features very private two bedroom (one of which include a queen bed and another has a king bed or two twin beds) which are similar to the studio units. One of those two bedrooms can also be locked off to make a one bedroom unit. It also has a second bedroom, a large bathroom, a large kitchen and also a private screened terrace from where you can enjoy amazing view and there is also a small table to enjoy dining by four guests. There is also 2 leather strapped rocking chairs in the terrace.
