From San José: Take the Inter american Highway follow the signs to Puntarenas. A two hour drive. When you get to Puntarenas, take the ferry to Playa Naranjo. It will be a one- hour trip. When you to Playa Naranjo, keep driving taking the road to Jicaral turn left at Plaza Central San Francisco. Casa Caletas is an hour and a half away on a dirt road.
